Terms of service

These terms apply when you book a session, join a membership or buy editing from ATX Content Club, operated by Pantheon Media LLC in Austin, Texas. By booking or joining you agree to them.

Bookings and payment

• Sessions are paid in full at booking through Stripe. Your time is confirmed once payment goes through.
• Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Members on some plans can book earlier, as listed on the site.
• Arrive on time. Sessions end at the booked time so the next person can start; late arrivals don't extend the session.
• Prices are in US dollars and can change, but a change never affects a booking you've already paid for.

Cancelling and rescheduling

• Sessions: cancel 48 or more hours before the start for a full refund. Inside 48 hours a session is non-refundable.
• Member bookings: cancel 24 or more hours ahead and the time goes back on your membership. Later than that, it counts as used.
• Reschedule once, free: every booking can be moved once, any time before it starts, to any open slot. Member bookings move within the same month.
• No-shows count as used and aren't refunded.
• If we have to cancel (for example, an equipment failure or an emergency), you choose a full refund or a new time.

Memberships

• Memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Lunch Club bills every 3 months.
• Some plans have a minimum term, shown when you join (The Bug: 3 months).
• To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after any minimum term.
• Unused hours and sessions don't roll over and have no cash value.
• Founding rates last as described on the site and end if you cancel.

In the studio

• Everyone on camera signs the studio waiver at check-in.
• You're responsible for your guests, and for getting releases from anyone you record.
• Treat the space and gear with care. You're responsible for damage caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear.
• No illegal activity or content. We can end a session without a refund if these rules are broken or anyone's safety is at risk.
• Bring your own storage or download your files before you leave. Keeping a backup of your footage is your responsibility.

Your content

You own what you create here. We don't use your footage in our marketing without your permission. You confirm you have the rights to any music, logos or other material you bring into your recording.

Editing

Turnaround times on the site (shorts in 5 business days, long-form in 10) start once we have your footage and notes. Each edit includes the revisions listed with it; more revisions or rush work can be quoted separately.

Liability

We work hard to keep the studio and gear working, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed opportunities. If something goes wrong on our side, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
