ATX Content Club ("we", "us") is a content and podcast studio in Austin, Texas, operated by Pantheon Media LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use atxcontent.club, book the studio, join a membership or sign up for our lists, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name and email when you book, join, sign up for the founding list or alerts, or submit an event.
- Booking details: the session, date, time, length and anything you write in a form.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see what you bought and whether it was paid; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us, collected through Google Analytics cookies.
- Emails you send us at [email protected].
How we use it
- To run your bookings and memberships: confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations and refunds.
- To send the emails you asked for, like the founding list and Austin TV Guide alerts. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions and ask for feedback or a review after a session.
- To understand which pages and offers are useful and improve the site.
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Airtable (bookings and lists), Resend (email delivery), HubSpot (contact records), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google Analytics (site statistics). They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic, and stores small preferences in your browser, like whether sound effects are on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. List subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time from any alert email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to book.
